We got a room with a bath.

The room was exceptionally nice, I had such great experience.

The hotel was fairly clean and staff were really good and accommodating, everything was great. The location was favourable, relatively near San Jacinto Mall. I truly enjoyed the stay.

Oh what a lovely stay, if by lovely you mean the shower was an absolute disaster, water everywhere! And the wi-fi? Trash, of course. I would've been pleased with a complimentary bottle of water for all my troubles but apparently, that's too much to ask. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

The room was nice for us.

I stayed with my family and four little ones, and we were really pleased with the fresh breakfast that included delicious eggs. The staff genuinely cared about us and made everything smooth, even during our busy mornings.

My wife says that a play area would be great for the kids.

Had a blast with my friends, hitting up the local attractions like the historic San Jacinto Monument and enjoying the vibrant shops nearby. The fresh breakfast was a great start to our busy days. Staff really cared about our experience, made everything more enjoyable. Definitely recommend staying here for a fun getaway!

One downside was the bugs we spotted in our room, concerning and unsettling. It definitely impacted our overall comfort and experience .

The staff was super accommodating, and i loved the updated room features like hard floors and wireless charging. It seemed like a refreshing getaway for my date night.

Recommend it for families needing a decent stay

They really tried to,, especially with the way the manager Raj showed us around and helped with the upgrade. It was cool to see that even with a few issues,, they really wanted us to feel welcome.

It was a bit pricey for what we got, but acceptable overall.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to everything in a good area. the staff, particularly Ruby, was kind, understanding, and helpful. the room had a refrigerator, although it leaked water, and the shower needed some maintenance.

The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and the air conditioning wasn't cooling effectively.

The hotel's location is great, close to everything. It's just 2 miles from Whataburger, perfect for quick meals. the double room I booked had central heating, multi-channel TV, and a microwave. the spacious bathroom with a bath was super awesome.
